Feeder Steers Sell For $1790/Head at Toogoolawah Store Sale
Shepherdson and Boyd reported a larger yarding of 1219 head of cattle for their fortnightly store sale. Quality lines of feeder steers and heifers sold to strong competition as supply shortens. The backgrounder market remained fully firm for the quality runs of cattle. The secondary quality cattle eased in value. Cows sold very strong in line with the improved cow job over the last three weeks.
