Toogoolawah Store Sale 26/9/25
Feeder Cattle Remain Firm at Toogoolawah Store Sale.
Shepherdson and Boyd reported a yarding of 1193 head of cattle at their fortnightly Toogoolawah Store Sale on the 26th of September. A quality line up of feeder steers came to hand and sold to a fully firm market. Backgrounder and weaner steers were again strongly sought after providing the quality was right, while lesser types and mickeys were slightly easier reflective of quality. Heavy feeder heifers were also firm along with quality euro backgrounder heifers. Lighter tropical x weaner heifers are starting to show signs of easing.
